Notice the change

It is crazy how most people have the tendency to be so hard on themselves, including myself of course.

We got used to complain about everything and to always find a new flaw to work on. There is nothing wrong with analyzing yourself and willing to improve yourself. The only problem is when you bring yourself down because you are not perfect or for having another flaw to work on.

Just like we always say we should count our blessings instead of always complaining, that is a way of seeing things positively. So instead of hating yourself for your imperfections, you should be proud of yourself for things you’ve been able to change or improve already. Congratulate yourself for not being who you used to be years ago, even though you still got a few things to work on, it’s a huge step already.

If we keep thinking negatively, it will definitely affect our wellbeing. We must change our focus and be proud of all of our accomplishments more often, no matter how small they might look to us. Being positive means to see the good part in every situation, especially during hard times. Challenges for most people are seen as a threat but it is actually nothing else than an opportunity to grow through it.

Notice and embrace the change. ❤️

  1. The pastor was just preaching on this Wednesday evening, saying negativity and criticism in the church or in our own lives was poison. He gave us Philippians 4:8 to think on. This message and very confirmed the exact same message and verse God had been convicted me with Himself! <3
Praying for you! God loves you!
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." – Philippians 4:8 KJV

    1. Thank you for your comment, I am glad to see that God used me to confirm you that message. The pastor is right, sadly we are the ones in cause of our own pain. Blaming ourselves for stuff we shouldn’t blame ourselves or simply refusing to forgive ourselves and move on. That is the reason why we should notice our changes and efforts in everything we are doing. May God bless you ❤️
